I also understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my own medical, accident, property damage and other liabilities while participating in any Northern Utah ATV Trail Riders Club sponsored activities. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Northern Utah ATV Trail Riders Club, its officers, committees, sponsors, members, volunteers, land management agencies, guides and any others who help organize our events from any claims, injuries, or property damages resulting from my participation in club activities.
