About the Event
Open to any size ATV or UTV.
The Newfoundland mountains are west of the great Salt Lake and are accessed by driving north to Snowville then west and south along the east side of the hog Mountains and then West to the Newfoundlands.
It will be about an 80 to 90 mile ride, however it will be on easy roads and travel will be smooth in most sections.
Spectacular desert scenery, along with a few mines and remnants of an old ghost town.
From Ogden, it’s about a 2 1/2 hour drive to the staging area.
This is an awesome spring ride because it will be dry and warm compared to going up in the mountains.
